On January 22, 2026, EDT successfully conducted a professional training session on "Structured Problem Solving." The program aimed to systematically enhance employees' analytical and problem-solving capabilities, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, and inject new momentum into the sustainable development of the company.

We were honored to have Mr. Shen Chunfeng, Senior Consultant from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) China Research Institute, as the keynote speaker. Mr. Shen engaged the audience with an interactive dialogue, focusing on typical challenges encountered in EDT's daily operations and guiding participants through lively discussions.

The training content was carefully structured and progressed step by step:
l It began by highlighting the importance of structured problem-solving, helping attendees build a systematic mindset.
l Core theories and methodologies were then analyzed in depth.
l A detailed explanation of the complete process and key steps of structured problem-solving followed.
l Various practical tools, such as problem-solving visualization boards, the 8D report, and quality management tools, were introduced to support the application of these methods.
Following the theoretical foundation, the session moved into a hands-on exercise.

Teams were formed to address real company issues using the methods learned during the training. Participants contributed insights from their professional perspectives, collaborating to explore solutions.

Finally, representatives from each group took the stage to present their discussions and outcomes. The training concluded in an atmosphere of vibrant exchange and shared learning.
More than just a methodological training, this event served as a platform to inspire collective intelligence and strengthen teamwork. EDT remains committed to supporting employee growth and development, working together with all staff toward higher efficiency and better quality tomorrow.
