We utilize cavity filling simulation and statistical analysis with Minitab software, combined with CAD/RP/FEA systems in computer-aided engineering (CAE), to shorten die-casting design delivery times and enhance the manufacturing technical parameters of zinc castings. Our rapid die-casting method integrates conceptual design, virtual prototyping, rapid prototyping, P-Q² technology, finite element analysis (FEA), and numerical control (NC) technology, accurately predicting defects through thermal fluid flow and heat transfer modeling, improving yield, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
In terms of surface treatment, we employ grinding, shot blasting, and manual deburring processes to ensure the high smoothness, durability, and premium appearance of castings. At the same time, we strictly adhere to the 6S management system and comply with industry-standard document requirements from level one to four. Through these standardized documents and processes, every step in the production process is closely monitored and managed. We also continuously adjust and optimize existing production details based on previous production issues to further enhance product quality and production efficiency.
