International Peers Tour EDT Facility, Preview New Italian-Made X-ray/CT

On October 16, We had the pleasure of welcoming a foreign industry peer to our Suzhou facility for a presentation of our new Gilardoni X-ray and CT inspection system.

The visit focused on how real-time X-ray and 3D computed tomography (CT) contribute to higher precision and transparency in aluminum and zinc die-casting inspection.

Our technical team presented how these non-destructive testing (NDT) tools can analyze internal structures, detect porosity and inclusions, and support process control and quality improvement.

It was an open and professional exchange on technological progress in the die-casting industry, highlighting EDT’s ongoing investment in state-of-the-art inspection technologies.
